Material Disclosure
Deer Creek Lending is not a lender, loan broker, or agent for any lender or loan broker. We are a marketing lead generator and free connection service. We do not control and are not responsible for the actions of any lender. We do not have access to the full terms of your loan, including APR. For details, questions, or concerns regarding your loan, please contact your lender directly. Not all lenders can provide loan amounts up to $5,000. Loan amounts, rates, and terms may vary by lender and state. Not all applicants will be approved for a loan.
APR Range
The Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") associated with your loan may range from 5.99% to 35.99% depending on the lender and your credit profile. APRs are generally higher for borrowers with lower credit scores. The APR is the rate at which your loan accrues interest and is based upon the amount, cost and term of your loan, repayment amounts and timing of payments.
Lenders are legally required to show you the APR and other terms of your loan before you execute a loan agreement. Deer Creek Lending does not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee loan approval.
Loan Terms
Loan terms may range from 61 days to 72 months, depending on the lender, loan amount, and your credit profile. Shorter-term loans (61 days to 6 months) typically carry higher APRs, while longer-term installment loans (12 to 72 months) generally have lower APRs.
Representative Example
For a loan of $2,500 with an APR of 17.99% and a term of 12 months:
- Monthly payment: $228.33
- Number of payments: 12
- Total interest: $240.00
- Total repayment amount: $2,740.00
Your actual APR, loan terms, and repayment amounts will vary based on the lender, your credit profile, income, and state of residence. Not all applicants will qualify for this rate or loan amount.
Cash Transfer Times
Cash transfer times may vary between lenders and may depend on your individual financial institution. In some circumstances, lenders may require additional documentation through fax or email. If your application is approved before 5:00 PM on a business day, funds may be deposited as soon as the next business day. Applications approved after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays may not deposit until the following business day.
Renewal Policy
Any credit products offered by lenders may have renewal/rollover options which may charge additional fees. You should review your lender's renewal policy before signing the loan agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees or collection activities. Non-payment may result in collection activities. Every lender has its own renewal policy, which may differ from lender to lender. Please review your lender's renewal policy.
Credit Implications
The lender may conduct a credit check, including through one or more third-party credit reporting agencies, to assess your creditworthiness. By submitting your information, you authorize the lender and/or its partners to obtain your credit information. Non-payment of a loan may negatively impact your credit score.
Tribal Lender Notice
You may be connected with a tribal lender. Tribal lenders are subject to tribal and certain federal laws while being immune from state law including usury caps. If you are connected to a tribal lender, please understand that the tribal lender's rates and fees may be higher than state-licensed lenders. Additionally, tribal lenders may require you to agree to resolve any disputes in a tribal jurisdiction.
